In a bedroom, under a softly fluttering curtain, a woman sleeps and will only wake for a short while. All around her, the sounds of invisible nature.
On the sea, a man is watching for something. He is looking or waiting patiently for a sign.

The two videos are shown simultaneously.
On a few occasions, a seascape intervenes and imposes itself on both screens.

Both videos were shot under documentary conditions. Floating cork fishing exists throughout the Caribbean.
